«“ About the procedure for forming and use of the target capital of non-profit organizations,” the functioning of our Fund will become possible after the collection of RUB 3 000 000 and transfer of this sum of money to our holding company.
From this point on, the “ARCHITECURAL HERITAGE – RUSSIAN MANOR” Endowment Fund will be viewed as formed, and we will be able to begin our projects implementation. Up until that time, we accept all the donations under the Donation Agreement for Endowment Formation.


DONATIONS
The historical roots of the charity practices date back to the Old Russian era. In a point of fact, Prince Vladimir II Monomakh, when addressing his sons in 1117, instructed, “The most important thing is not to forget the poor and feed them as much as you can!” In essence, charity becomes an element of life from the very beginning of the formation of the Old Russian state and the norm of the behavior of the propertied classes.
